Shipping FAQs

    • Once your order has been shipped you will receive your tracking number. It may take up to 48 hours for the tracking information to be updated via the postal service.
    • Once processed you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information. Via USPS Priority Mail (estimated 1-3 business days, non-guarenteed) Orders addressed to a PO Box will be shipped with USPS.
    • All orders will ship in 1-2 business days once your payment has cleared on our end. Please note, orders are not shipped over the weekend or U.S. holidays.
      • We will be closed on the following U.S. holidays: New Years Day (January 1), Martin Luther King Jr. Day (January 18), President's Day (February 15), Memorial Day (May 31), Independence Day (July 5, observed), Labor Day (September 6), Columbus Day (October 11), Veteran's Day (November 11), Thanksgiving (November 25), Christmas Eve (December 24), New Years Eve (December 31)
    • All sales are final, having that we sell intimates we do not accept returns. If you have any problems with your order, such as damaged or missing items, or any other problems, please reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving your order and we'll take care of you! 
      • Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item from your order, simply return the original item for a refund or store credit and place a new order. If you are concerned about an item going out of stock in the meantime, we recommend placing the new order while your return is being processed.
    • If you need to change or cancel an order before it has shipped please email your order number. Once an order has shipped we can no longer make changes.
